I don't think I will ever another florist, every single bouquet has been perfection. I send birthday and thank you bouquets all the time and everyone is always impressed by how beautiful they are and how long they last. I also used them for my wedding years ago and they were fantastic. I've never had a problem with delivery either.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and surprise for the service I received! Kat (sp?) Went above and beyond for my unusual need. I was given the task of decorating for my friends 50th wedding anniversary and everything was going along fine until she mentioned that she had wanted real bird of paradise stems at her wedding, but was unable to get them, and so she had to make due with plastic. My first thought was that I would just replicate what she had originally used 50 years ago because I thought it would be impossible to find real stems on such short notice.(Less than 24 hours) I am a true believer that you can almost always get what you want/need if you ask the right person and so I gave it a shot and called and sure enough they had them for pick up within hours! I did not even mind that the drive was 40 minutes from my location. I was more than happy to go and pick them up. My intention was to just put them in a vase and be done with it but when Kat heard what they were for she disappeared for about five minutes and came back with gold spray-painted leaves, a vase and filler greens! My kids have given me beautiful Mother’s Day plants from Oberers for many years, and the flowers get taller all summer and stay healthy. However this year the marigolds in the pot started dying in a couple of days. I called to see if just this part of the pot could be replaced. When I called the number, the representative (Debbie) said there is absolutely nothing they could do because it has been 2 weeks since delivery. She was very adamant about this. However when I went in the store the specialist there said there had been an issue with the marigolds used. She let me pick a replacement , a beautiful hibiscus. She carried the heavy planter in for me, repotted it, and carried it back to my car. (See before and after below). Thank goodness for her help.

I had a great experience here. There was a delay with a shipment, which meant part of my order was missing at pickup. That could have been frustrating, but the store manager completely turned it around. She was incredibly helpful and kind, took the time to walk me through options, and helped me put together the most beautiful assortment of flowers. She went above and beyond — I ended up with more than I originally ordered and they were absolutely stunning blooms. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop!

Christina did an amazing job! I stopped in after work to get an arrangement for my sister. She helped me pick one and customized it right there on the spot. She was personable and listened to my needs. I will definitely be back!
